Today the main prob with the world population is different mentalities. Today in this fast ultra modern world we need to understand people. If we dont understand people then it may lead to business miss management and some loss. To understand people we need to interact with them for several months may be a year also. This is due to change of mind of people from simple to diplomatic mind. Hence it worthless of judging the people in first interaction.
